Turns a Raspberry Pi Pico W and a WS2812B strip into a smart light you drive from the enclosure button or over MQTT, with a browser dashboard for setup. Mode, brightness and on/off state all survive a power cycle, and it posts a retained “offline” message over MQTT when it drops.
